I absolutely love it here. This was my first visit and I could not be more pleased. The dental hygienist was awesome, thorough, and amazing. My cleaning did not hurt one bit. The xray tech was awesome as well. The financial advisor was also amazing and very informative. AND Dr. Carter was so nice and helpful. I felt right at home like I've been knowing him for years. This will definitely be my dentist forever!!! If I could give more stars, I would give more. Smile Studio gets a 10 out of 5 for me. Yes 10 stars!!!

The Carters are amazing experts and infinite learners. Customer Service is excellent with every staff encounter. The facility and equipment is modern and can compete with ANY dentist office around. The Carters and the staff are great at explaining and problem solving. Once the problem is solved, they will monitor and sustain your health. I AIN'T LEAVING EVER!

It’s been 2 decades since I’ve been to the dentist. But decided to start working on my mind and body and Smile studio came through for me in a clutch. The staff made everything that’s usually not enjoyable, enjoyable. There was jokes, smiles, and laughter going on everywhere’s I went in the building. I got a deep clean and almost fell asleep. The staff made everything go so nice and smooth and even prevented me from drooling all over myself 🤭. Definitely recommend this place for you and your families needs.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Carter’s for over 2 years. The experience is always pleasant and professional. I have recommended him to all my family, friends, and patients. From cleanings to implants... they can handle just about anything dental. His staff is amazing and very patient. Thank you all for your great customer service!

I loved the atmosphere, honestly I'd never been more comfortable and relaxed at a dentist office. Dr. Carter, Dr. Perkins and staff were honestly so pleasant and easy to talk to you. On a more professional level, they both worked hand and hand to ensure I understood any services being rendered before and after. The entire staff was great!! I've already started recommending folks!! See you guys soon!

My experience was fantastic! I was nervous for my tooth extraction. The dentist along with his assistant made me feel extremely comfortable. This was the BEST experience for dental work that I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great team of doctors to help you with your every need. Dr. Carter and his staff are amazing! My little one was super nervous, but they were so patient with him! They took the time to talk him through each step and even let him "help" with his cleaning! I will definitely recommend Smile Studio to my family and friends!!!

I was nervous about going to the dentist in a pandemic but this place made me feel comfortable. When I arrived, an employee took my temperature and asked me some COVID-19 screening questions. She was extremely nice and I observe her disinfecting the waiting room area, chairs, and doorknobs. This dental office is extremely clean. Dr. Carter and his dental hygienist both did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. They were extremely nice and Dr. Carter is very detailed and fully explained my X-ray to me. Dr. Carter and staff are amazing. I would not book an appointment with anyone else because Dr. Carter and staff are the best!!! My teeth feels and look so much better.

Dr. Carter and his team are fantastic. I’m a horrible chicken when it comes to dental work (traumatic experience with the orthodontist as a kid!) but his chairside manner puts me at ease and he’s patient with my anxiety. All of the ladies: dental assistants, front and back office staff, and in the business office, are always friendly, caring, and professional. If you are looking for knowledgeable, skilled, gentle, and friendly for your dental care (especially if you are uncomfortable with having your smile worked on like me!) Smile Studio in Zachary is the place for you.

I had a great experience at Impressive Smiles! It's in a convenient location, the office is really nice, and I was able to easily make an appointment on a day that worked for my schedule. I left knowing that I did something good for myself and overall it was a really positive experience! Nicole did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Carter was very nice and thorough. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my visit at Smile Studio on today with Dr. Carter and his assistant Kyla. They ensured me my comfort mattered throughout the procedure and kept me informed as different things were happening around me. Communication is key and they thoroughly communicated each step they were taking and put my needs first. I love it here and can’t wait to come back 😉

I absolutely loved the atmosphere. My hygienist was friendly and made me feel at ease about my procedure. The dentist was friendly, quick and thorough. I really felt at home and comfortable. My teeth are the cleanest they have ever been and I didn’t have any pain after I left. From the front desk to the dentist my experience was great. I’m glad to have finally found a new dentist where I’m comfortable and cared for.

I was at a spa during my routine cleaning and exam. First visit for a lasting impression. I was very relaxed and treat with care. Absolutely no pain very comfortable. While I was waiting another customer highly recommended them. Brittany very knowledgeable and professional during my entire visit. It was like a SPA day at the dentist office. My visit with Dr. Carter was extremely pleasant. The staff were all professional and courteous from the moment I contacted them to schedule my appointment until the time I left the office. Brittany, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Carter were very patient and took time to provide education regarding my dental care, preventive measures and treatment planning for the presenting problem. The customer service and professionalism is AMAZING! I was freely excited to give them my money, just because everyone is so nice! My favorite is Ty! She is the bomb.com!! Literally! My 8yr son said “I loved it, they were super nice and they gave me a fidget spinner” lol. My overall experience was amazing, they were great with setting future appointments and going over what all needed to be done to my teeth!!! I’ve found my son and I a lifelong dentist!!!! Everyone was awesome!!!
